On Tuesday October 3rd State Deputy Frank Howell traveled to Halifax to attend the Saint Agnes Council 16817 meeting. Brother SK Frank joined in the meeting that always starts with the recitation of the full Rosary.9
Brother Frank supplied our Council with materials and information on the new Supreme initiative known as COR.
SD Frank also presented to the members their STAR COUNCIL AWARD. In his delivery, Brother Frank announced that we were the only Star Council Award winner for the Jurisdiction of Nova Scotia for the Columbian year 2022-23.
Our Council was also presented with a concurrent award for having reached over 150 percent of their Supreme Council goal for the past Columbian year.
The meeting ended, as always, with all members and guests reading the Prayer for the canonization of our dear Founder Blessed Michael Joseph McGivney.
