On October 15th officers of Council 16817 were installed during mass at Saint Agnes Church.. Officers, dressed in green council shirts and wearing their council Jewels of Office, formed the Sacred Cross, while proceeding to and from the Altar. Past State Deputy and Former District Deputy brother SK Carl Reid installed the officers. Faithful Navigator brother SK Paul MacNeil of the Halifax Assembly 0799 was available to photograph the ceremony. Installed Council Officers are:”
